A wheel repair shop that sweats the details
Most cars that come through our doors have one thing in common: the owner noticed something that bothered them. A scrape along the lip after a tight parking spot. Brake dust that will not wash off. A vibration at highway speed after a pothole on the way to work. Faded calipers behind a set of wheels that deserve better. Our job is to find out exactly what is wrong and fix it properly, whether that means one wheel or the full set.
Owner Blake Stewart has been working on cars since 2010 and opened the shop in 2018. The work has always centered on cosmetic precision: wheels, calipers and paint, done carefully enough for luxury and performance vehicles as well as daily drivers. Customers have trusted us with everything from BMW Individual wheels to the brake calipers on a Nissan GT-R.
In September 2026 we moved from West Edmond Road in Edmond to our new shop at 800 W Hefner Rd in north Oklahoma City. Same team, same phone number and the same standard of work.

Start with what you can see or feel. This table matches the most common problems we see to the service that fixes them.
| What you notice | What it usually means | Service |
|---|---|---|
| Scrapes or gouges along the outer edge of the rim | Curb rash from parking or a tight turn | Curb rash repair |
| Fine scratches, scuffs or dull patches on the wheel face | Surface damage to the paint or clear coat | Scratch repair |
| Steering vibration, or a tire that keeps losing air after an impact | Possible bend or crack, so have it inspected before driving far | Bent wheel repair |
| Peeling, chipped or faded finish across the whole wheel | The original finish is failing and needs replacing | Powder coating |
| You want your wheels in a new color | A color change calls for a full refinish | Powder coating |
| Plain, rusty or faded brake calipers | A cosmetic upgrade, not a brake repair | Caliper painting |
| Paint or wheels that get dirty fast and lose their shine | No protective layer on the surface | Ceramic coating |
Still not sure? Send a photo through the estimate form or call (405) 313-9686, and we will tell you what we see. If more than one problem shows up, we will explain which fix should come first.

How a job works at our shop
Whether you need one scraped wheel fixed or a full set refinished with matching calipers, every job follows the same path so you know what is happening at each stage.
- Tell us what you seeCall or use the estimate form. A few photos of the damage and your vehicle make and model help us give you a useful first answer.
- We inspect it in personWe look at the wheel, caliper or paint up close, check whether the damage is cosmetic or structural, and walk you through the options.
- You approve the planYou know what we will do and why before any work starts.
- We repair and refinishThe damaged area is prepped, repaired and refinished to match the rest of the wheel or vehicle.
- We protect the resultRefinished surfaces can be sealed with Autobahn coating products so they stay cleaner and are easier to care for.
Your luxury car can shine with ceramic coating
A ceramic coating is a liquid layer that bonds to your paint and cures into a hard, clear shell. It repels water, helps keep road grime and brake dust from sticking, and makes washing faster. It is not armor: a coating will not stop rock chips or deep scratches, and the car still needs regular washing. We explain that up front, because the right protection depends on how you drive and how you care for your vehicle.
We use Autobahn coatings, including Keramik X and Leicht. Coatings can go on paint, and on wheels and calipers after a repair or refinish, so the work you just invested in is easier to keep clean through Oklahoma summers and winter road treatment.
| Traditional wax | Ceramic coating | |
|---|---|---|
| How it protects | Sits on top of the paint | Bonds to the surface and cures hard |
| How long it lasts | Wears off within weeks to months | Built to last far longer with proper care |
| Water and dirt | Some beading at first | Strong water beading, dirt releases more easily |
| Upkeep | Reapply often | Regular washing, occasional maintenance |
Repair or replace? How we help you decide
A damaged wheel does not automatically mean buying a new one.
Cosmetic damage such as curb rash, scratches and a worn finish is usually repairable, and many bends can be corrected as well. Repairing also keeps your original wheels, so all four still match. Replacement makes sense when a wheel is cracked in a structural area, bent beyond what can be safely corrected, or when a replacement wheel would cost less than the repair. We tell you which side of the line your wheel falls on before you spend anything.
Repair usually makes sense when
- The damage is on the surface or the lip of the wheel
- The wheel is bent but not cracked
- You want to keep factory wheels that are hard to source
- The finish is worn but the wheel itself is sound
Replacement usually makes sense when
- A crack runs through a spoke or the wheel center
- The bend is too severe to correct safely
- A replacement costs less than the repair
- Previous repairs have weakened the wheel

Frequently asked questions
What does Premier Wheel Repair + Powder Coating do?
We repair damaged wheels, including curb rash, scratches and bends, and we powder coat wheels in custom colors. We also paint brake calipers and apply ceramic coatings to paint and wheels using Autobahn products. Each service has its own page explaining the process and options.
Where is your shop located?
Our shop is at 800 W Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. We moved there from West Edmond Road in Edmond in September 2026. The team and the phone number, (405) 313-9686, are the same as before the move.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and closed on Saturday and Sunday. You can call during business hours or send the estimate form at any time, and we will follow up during business hours.
How much does wheel repair cost in Oklahoma City?
Cost depends on the type and amount of damage, the wheel size, the finish (painted, machined or powder coated) and how many wheels need work. Photos usually let us give you a useful estimate. Our pricing page explains what affects the price.
Is it worth repairing a wheel instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. Cosmetic damage and many bends can be repaired, and repair keeps your original wheels matched. Replacement is the better choice when a wheel is cracked in a structural area or bent beyond safe correction. We will tell you which applies before any work starts.
